Eligibility

Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or if the wrong item was delivered.

Time Frame

Any discrepancy or defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable

Used blades or items damaged due to improper storage at the buyer’s site cannot be returned or refunded.

Process

Once the defect is verified by our technical team, a replacement or credit note will be issued.
